CUSTOM WETSUITS: Good things take time. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date that you send us your measurements for us to make your custom pattern and manufacture your wetsuit.
ACCESSORIES: We typically fulfil accessories orders within 1-2 weeks. However, please be aware that not all items are in stock and may need to be manufactured for you, in which case it may take a bit longer for us to fulfil your order. If you need your item(s) urgently, please contact us first so we can check that we have it in stock.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES: You can choose to pick up from our workshop or have your item(s) delivered to you. We deliver via courier within New Zealand (1-3 working days) and via International Air to Australia* (3-6 working days). If fulfilment of your order will be delayed beyond these timeframes for any reason we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible. *For all international orders, please note that all local taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
